Product Features:

1.Safe and reliable

Different from the traditional combustion machine boiler in structure, it has a furnace without a pot (not a pressure vessel), and level 1 and level 2 heat exchangers are connected by waterways with all pipes, and the water is hot as soon as it passes water. It can withstand the higher transmission pressure of the closed cycle system (the pressure is 13Kg/cm before delivery), and it is equipped with multiple safety protection. The product does not belong to the scope of annual security check of the traditional boiler.

2.High thermal efficiency

Thermal efficiency of 105%-106%(according to high calorific value), exhaust gas temperature is not higher than 50℃(underfloor heating), the chimney can be made of PVC pipe (corrosion resistance).

3.Energy-saving technology

The products have passed the national expert group energy conservation technical appraisal organized by China Quality Certification Center (CQC), and obtained the "Certificate of Energy Conservation Technology" (Certificate No. Cqc-jnjsrd-1510). It has also been selected into the Reference Catalogue of Energy conservation and Water saving Technology Products of Public Institutions by the Department of Energy Conservation Management of Public Institutions of the National Government Offices Administration. Compared with ordinary combustion boiler, it saves 25-40% of gas and 40-60% of electricity cost.

4.Low nitrogen emissions

Nitrogen oxides emitted by air pollutants for the boiler is NOx≤25mg/m , CO≤60mg/m.

5.Ultra low noise

Working noise is less than 50 dB，which conforms to the limiting value of equivalent sound level in Standard of Environmental Noise of Urban Area, in living area (Ⅱ class), the noise shall be no more than 60dB during the day and no more than 50dB at night.

6.Intelligent management

Through highly intelligent means, the boiler can realize the constant energy-saving operation mode and the precise automatic control of heating throughout the whole process, truly achieving unguarded, replacing full-time duty with equipment inspection, better solving the boiler operation and management problems, with labor cost greatly reduced.
