"High-power electric regenerative boiler” is a new type of high-power heat source that adopts solid heat storage mode by using off-peak power or abandoned wind power. he equipment does not need a transformer, and can work directly under the voltage level of 380V to 110KV, realizing the super-power electro-thermal conversion and super-capacity thermal energy storage.
The equipment can convert the off-peak electric energy or abandoned wind power energy of the power grid into heat energy and store it. According to different needs, the stored heat energy can be converted into hot water, hot wind and steam for large-area urban heating and industrial heat source through the exchange device, which can completely replace the coal-fired, gas and oil-fired boilers that are widely used at present. It is important equipment for peak regulating and clean heating.

Operating Principle:

In the preset off-peak period of power grid or abandoned wind power, the automatic control system switches on the high-voltage switch, and the high-voltage grid supplies power to the high-voltage heating element, and the high-voltage heating element converts electric energy into heat energy and is continuously absorbed by the high-temperature heat storage element. When the temperature of the high-temperature heat storage element reaches the set upper limit or the power grid reaches the end of the off-peak period, the automatic control system will turn off the high-voltage switch, the power supply of the high-voltage grid will stop, and the high-voltage heat storage element will stop working. There is a heat output controller between the high temperature heat storage element and the high temperature heat exchanger, which converts the high temperature heat stored in the high temperature heat storage element into hot water or steam to output.
